According to the official statistics, 15,213 property transactions were registered in March 2019. This number increased by 15.0% compared to February 2019, and by 6.7% compared to March 2018.

According to the Real Estate Cadastre Committee, the average market price for 1 sq. m. of residential properties in Yerevan increased by 1.9% compared to February 2019, and by 9.6% compared to March 2018.
