Ukrainian and Georgian Citizens Travel by ID Cards to Either Country

Starting from March 1, the initiative of Georgian and Ukrainian governments for passport-free regime for the citizens between the two countries comes into force. The citizens of Ukraine and Georgia can travel to either country using only their ID cards and stay in the territory of the country for up to 90 days every year.

The agreement was signed by the prime ministers of the two countries, Mamuka Bakhtadze and Volodymyr Groysman, on October 8, 2018 (Ukrainian and Georgian citizens travel by ID cards to either country, georgiatoday.ge (March 01, 2019) (in English)).
